Launcher stopped working! (unsupported graphics error)

The famous Unsupported Graphics Card error appears every time I try to launch a project or the Launcher.
The projects still work, but the launcher stopped working after last update. It verifies the update (even with clean install with the latest Launcher installer), then shows the error, then nothing.
Tried: full resinstalling, clearing cash, -OpenGL, updating drivers
Win7, GTX1050Ti
Help!

Still cannot access the launcher, update engine, etc.
No idea what to do!
