Launcher problem

Hi everyone
i have some problem with unreal engine launcher , i think maybe this is connection problem , But i have fast internet connection .
Windows 8.1 , update is ok - DirectX 11 is ok
please see screenshots and launcher logs and guide me .

Try the troubleshooting steps in this section of the troubleshooting guide.

If nothing works, follow the steps here to generate you Debug Logs. Post them here, along with your Dxdiag (system specs).

Thanks for your answer , i check everything . But Still I have problems with launcher . When I’m running launcher i see this error

and after login to launcher i can not download anything

Hi aminx,

The link you provided for your logs links to your dxdiag instead. Could you follow the steps here to generate your Debug Logs and them post them here?

port 80 443 5222 blocked for me . do you think there is a way for my problem?
