Launcher -> no returns from Unreal sever

Hy.
first up my system

no Antivirus an extrafirewall installed

  1. an error at “updading UEL” : No version information received
  2. EULA is not loading
  3. after pressing the Slip button the Launcher Screen open but
  4. i can’t download anything

please help.

Hi ,

What steps are you taking to open the launcher and the editor? At what point are you getting these error messages? Does it occur with a specific project or can you reproduce this in a clean project with no additional content?
