Cannot open Unreal 4 from Launcher. Downloaded 4.5 a few days ago and it worked through launcher. Launcher thinks I am not connected to Internet when in fact I am. I turned off firewall, virus protection, etc. I re-installed (big mistake - I no longer have any version of Unreal). Got new version of launcher and still no success.
