Launcher is unable to connect to the internet after Login

I just got me a new computer, and so I had to reinstall everything.

The Issue:

When I start the Epic Games Launcher it seems to work normal, but after Logging in, the Launcher cant donwload anything not even news or anything.

What i tried:

→ adding " -http=wininet" to the target
→ changing DNS to googledns
→ restarting my computer multiple times
→ reinstalling the Launcher

I don’t know why, but the problem solved itself now.

I forgot to shutdown my computer and the next day it had downloaded UE4 as intended.
