Activating the Epic Games Launcher opens a window that says, “Please Wait” with an alert sign icon, which, when hovered over, yields the hover text, “We are currently experiencing connection issues and are retrying”. I am running on Windows 10, and I am running the launcher in Administrator Mode. Any help would be appreciated.
I have a DirectX 11 Compatible card, and I’ve tried -OpenGL

Try the troubleshooting steps in this section of the troubleshooting guide. Specifically, please make sure that port 5222 is open.
If nothing works, follow the steps here to generate your Dxdiag/system specs.

Thank you. The problem has been resolved. My firewall was blocking everything, even after adding items to the whitelist. I’ll have to work with it.
