[Launcher] Error invalid installer

Recently when I start the launcher I’m getting a message; Error! Invalid Installer

I get two choices; Retry and OK

When I retry it takes about 5 seconds, a progress bar shows up but ultimately it fails and the same error shows up. If I click OK the launcher starts.

I’ve bought assets in the marketplace and I’m unable to download them, same goes for other free assets; I click download, a progress bar appears but nothing happens.

Anyone facing this as well?

Please try the troubleshooting steps linked below. Afterwards if the issue is still present, follow the steps at the bottom of the page to find your ‘Verbose Logs’ and post them here. They will help us track down the issue.

Thank you, FYI you can fix the issue simply by reinstalling the Unreal Launcher on top of your original Unreal installation folder.
