I am running Windows 8.1 and have been working through tutorials using 4.9.2. I decided to upgrade to 4.11 but have been unable to download it. Whenever I click on install the downloader shows “Pending” and the progress bar moves, when it stops the downloader still shows 'Pending" and the icon in the Library returns to “Install”. I followed several suggestions posted here and in the forums to no avail. I even uninstalled Unreal completely, downloaded a new Launcher file, and installed it. The same thing happens- Pending in downloads and nothing more. So now I don’t even have 4.9.2 to work on anymore. NO version of Unreal will download. I have a decent WiFi connection that is able to handle downloads and updates to my other software and Windows with no problems. Please tell me how to fix this issue so I can get back to learning and working with Unreal. Thank you.
