Launcher don't run

Hi,
Sorry for my english, it’s not my native language.

I tried to install Unreal Engine, but when i’m running launcher, it’s do this : See the picture

I tried everything, firewall, restart, reinstall…

I think the problem comes from the server, is there an alternative to download Unreal Engine ?
Someone can upload all files of the lastest version of Unreal Engine on mirror download site, like Mega or another ?
