Whenever I select the engine tab, the program instantly crashes. I’ve tried everything, including uninstalling any programs that might cause the crash (including LavaSoft) and uninstalling/re-installing in diagnostic startup.

We are investigating your issue. In the meantime, have you tried the workaround that was mentioned here?
The logs you posted seem to be cut off, could you try adding -debuglogging and -forcelogflush as described in the link above? Then repost the full logs here.
