Updated purchase flow for the launcher.
- We’ve migrated our purchase flow to a new system that expands the information shown to the user.
- Additionally, the new system allows for easy addition or updating of payment options.
Added a new weibo social link to the Unreal Engine section.

Social Fixes
The social panel will no longer show a Join Game option when the game is not installed
White bars no longer appear at the top or bottom of chat windows if there is text out of view.
Users will now see recent players in their social panel
General
We’ve fixed a number of learn items that were incorrectly creating additional uproject file when added
Projects created from the Vault will now be remembered upon reinstalling the launcher
The vault will no longer show the download icon next to plug-ins that are downloaded
The UE Community page will now give appropriate visual feedback during connection error
Fixed an issue where the “Create Project” button disappears after creating project on drive with insufficient space
Fixed up a number of missing localized strings across all languages
Fixed a bug where empty engine slot versions were changing upon launcher restarts
