I decided to post here to start a Dev Diary of the game I’m working on. Creating a Infinite Gun Game in UEFN where you play as a toy inside a giant room.
You can check my latest devlog with some gameplay in the link below =)

Has anyone here tried to customize the UI in UEFN? I’m struggling to figure out how to move the Item hotbox to be underneath the main weapon and have each box closer together. The first image is how it looks right now, the second is how i want it to look like.
Hey there @Thiago.Unreal,
Hope you’re well and having a great week so far
Just wanted to pop in and say this looks great. So colorful and charming This is probably off topic, but will there be a “story mode” for this? It kind of reminds me of a horror game I saw forever ago.
@PresumptivePanda Thanks for the kind words! I thought of this game as a gun game only. Maybe I can explore a story mode in the future. What you’re thinking? Need to hide from a human?
Since they don’t allow to post videos here. The latest update! Adding some posters to the walls.
That would be rad! No pressure at all though, was just an idea I’m just stoked to see this develop. Happy developing until next time
W! Looks awesome
That lighting Well done my guy. I just subbed to your channel.
thank you for the kind words and sub @SiL3nT.Killa
Upgrading the assets in my UEFN game, one prop at a time! The keyboard jumped from 1,800 tris to 13,320 tris, and the tower went from 192 tris to 2,823 tris.
Why the big jump? Because I’m leaning into geometry over textures for this project. The scale of the assets justifies the extra detail, and by relying on tillable surfaces instead of baked textures, I’m actually saving memory while achieving a cleaner look.
It’s slow and steady progress, but every upgrade brings the world to life just a bit more.
