Hi:
Can you edit point cloud/mesh with CR?
I need to close holes and to apply texture to that same filled areas.
If not what software can do that?

Hello, depends what all you want to do/edit. Could you provide us with any screenshots of those holes?

It is simple. You scan a building with laser but in front of the building there is a tree. There is no way to get all building info because the tree is touching the front wall so when you get the point cloud there is a tree shape.

It seems that in this case you will need to use also some other post-processing software.

Yes, you can use tools for selecting part of a mesh and filter this selection. Also, there is tool for closing holes and smoothing tool.  And you can use Cut by box tool to cut your mesh according to reconstruction region.
