Often times when we use texture data in level design, we handle dozens of different textures, espcially when trying to find the best texture in a specific room. It would be immensely useful for both creators and Epic when you hover on texture data (see image), the tooltip also shows a scaled preview of the texture, so that you can see the texture closer and notice its fine details like weathering or tiling. It would go a long way if we can see that (especially for creators who cant browse to that asset and see a higher res).
Currently, I need to copy that texture data and paste it on another flat wall to fully see it (if its used in an asset thats not a flat wall but an arch for example). This is the only way to notice details that are slightly off and will be obvious on the final level, like the example below.
