LARGE OCEAN STORM?? - I'll pay if price is reasonable

I need to make a scene in the open ocean (no land) with a fishing vessel in a large storm with huge waves. Dark waters, lighting. And something like the movie “The Perfect Storm.”
I can’t find any templates or methods to create an ocean storm. All ocean templates are calm seas. ANY SUGGESTIONS? I’ll pay someone to do it if the price is reasonable.
