Hello I’m new to UE4 and I want to learn it for architectural rendering my laptop screen starts to flicker when I run UE4 or all versions of Twinmotion but this problem doesn’t occur when running any other rendering or 3D modeling apps so I thought the problem could be in the system I tried to update my GPU drivers and nothing changed I have a nvidia geforce MX130 with 8 gb ram and intel core i5 CPU what should I do thank you for your time reading this.

Your GPU is not particularly powerful so it could be that it’s unable to run UE4 well enough. You can also make sure you’re using your laptop with the performance at the max by making sure you’re plugged in and also go to the Nvidia Control Panel and in the 3D settings set the Nvidia GPU as the global default GPU otherwise if there is an integrated Intel GPU it will try to switch between them which can cause problems.
thanks for your help I didn’t realize that I didn’t update my other intel UHD graphic card I thought UE4 works only on nvidia when I set it as default but the UHD card is working somehow with it now it works smoothly without any flickering.
