Landscaping not to desync live edit

I recently started a new project that requires me to affect the landscape and also place props at the same time, and since I want to get the feel from the player POV, as well as build in live edit, having landscape desync live edit on every edit is very time-consuming, especially as the map gets more complex.

Would be awesome to update live edit once landscape is sculpted or painted. Would save sooo much time.
