Landscape tanks fps from 220 to 120 in almost empty scene

I’m trying to optimize my game and I figured out that landscape takes most of my FPS right now. My world is (relatively) small, I was trying to play around with LODs settings, remove the grass, remove the material (quite small increment in performance), also turned off Lumen for GI.

I see almost no difference in FPS if I change MaxLODLevel from 1 to 5

Could I miss something fundamental regarding landscape or it’s expected to get that performance loss? I’ve attached a picture into first comment with some additional info. It that size already requires some techniques for large scale open world games? (the flat area is my only working area for the game)

That’s normal.
Don’t use landacape.
