Landscape Streaming Proxy Material Continuity Issues and Displacement Holes

I’m encountering a problem with my landscape streaming proxies in Unreal Engine. The material I’m using on the landscape is not continuous between the streaming proxies, resulting in visible lines at the edges of each proxy. This issue becomes even more pronounced when I enable displacement, as the displacement differs at the edges, creating holes in the landscape.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Any tips or solutions to ensure material continuity and fix the displacement problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
