Landscape mesh is bumpy at start of execution

UE5.1.1

Landscape mesh is bumpy at start of execution.
The mesh shape immediately returns to normal, but the shadow remains dirty.
How can I avoid this problem?

This level is “Open World” in Third Person Template.
The only difference is the placement of the Player Start actor.

Resolved.
I set Enable Nanite to True in the Landscape settings and this problem no longer occurs.
