The button was hidden for me. I had to expand the docked window for it to be visible
This was the answer to my problem, in older versions the layers would appear after setting it up in landscape material. Not sure what is the need for that button in the first place, but things go weird when you switch to another created material. The older layers wouldn’t be replaced. It just either adds up or gets overlapped or something.
