Landscape material layer blend issue

Did you try to erase the 2 existing layers and rebuild new ones ?
Try to remove the material from your landscape and reput it in…
Did you check your blend by layer node in the material ? The name for each layer is good ?

I found the solution. Restarting the editor solved the problem
