Landscape LOD bugs with texture streaming on in standalone

Heya, I am having a weird issue going on with landscape in standalone. If I have the player and any other pawn at a specific point on the map, every part of landscape that has some sculpting gets all blocky. This happens only in standalone and not in viewport or play in editor. Disabling the texture streaming “fixes” this behavior.

Still couldn’t figure out how to fix this, but at least the packaged game doesn’t have this issue for now.
