Landscape layers become large after a short distance

I’ve made a new project and added some layers to the Landscape tool. Its doing this strange thing in editor and in play mode where a short distance from the screen its magnifying the landscape texture by a lot. There is a straight define line where this is happening. I uploaded a video to YouTube and linked it below if you’d like to see it. I suspect it has something to do with LODs or distance culling, but I’ve not found anywhere with setting that change this. Anyone have a clue as to what this might be?

Yeah, I think its a bad material or something. I just started over with new assets and I don’t have the issue anymore. Thanks!
