As the title says. This is only happening when I input the landscape layer blend node. Other than that its fine and it only does it with the normals. Any idea on how to fix this? Thanks!
You’d need pictures to explain at the very least.
So far, thats just a regular material.
For it to be a landscape working material you need to name the layers/set them up in the blend.
For it to work on a landscape you also have to intialize the layers.
That’s besides the point though.
Once your layers are set up, the left hand side will have options allowing you to offset what layer and paint weight the material preview is set to show.
If with all of that set up your preview is still white, then there must be some bug with the layer blend node.
I would try at least 2 layers btw, even if you only really need one for testing purposes…
Afterall you are blending something with nothing.
Another thing:
I dont think thats how you use the node.
You probably need to make material attributes and put that into the blend, then output from the blend direct to material attributes…
If you want to do it manaully, which you should, you lerp A and B textures using layer sample as the alpha.
