Landscape Layer Blend and Normal Maps not working


When a normal map is connected through the Landscape Layer Blend it creates this glitched texture… any reason why or how to fix this?

this was done on 5.2.1

You need a base texture to blend in from the bottom.
Presumably a fully flat normal map.

ive followed a handful of tutorials… Im grabbing a quixel texture like they do… and bringing in the color and then the normal… ive also tried it like this
