Landscape Grass Type has incorrect Rotation when density is low

Obviously the pivot of our meshes are in the correct position, otherwise we would have figured this issue out a long time ago. AFAIK this issue has even been confirmed by an Epic employee but unfortunately no fix in sight as I guess not enough people complain about it? If it is landscape normals being calculated incorrectly, which is a plausible cause, then either way nothing can be done except if they decide to fix it.
