Landscape border blend with static meshes

Hello! I have a landscape that is placed on top of rocks and I was wondering if there is a proper way to blend the landscape borders with the rocks.

Hi Dobrinmitrev, let me help you with this.
I recommend this video about virtual textures. This technique effectively “projects” the landscape textures onto the rock mesh. Since both the landscape and the rock use the same virtual texture, the boundary appears unified, with matching colors, normal maps, and other aspects.

Or paint the Landscape Material Near the Rocks. This approach is the simplest if you only need color/texture consistency around the edges. However, it doesn’t blend the geometry of the two meshes, just the texture appearance on the landscape side.
