Landscape "Add" feature causes weird mouse shift

When I use the Landscape “Add” feature and start painting/adding extra blocks of landscape, there are some blocks where I can’t add, and when clicking and dragging, blocks start being added with a weird shift from where my cursor is.

Bumping this as it has been 4 days and I sent a bug report and still no response, I’m really stuck here…

Again. You aren’t supposed to “add" anything but a full new landscape.

And you do that by using the old world composition system if you really “must".

What is the “old world composition system”? I don’t know if I really “must”, I’m trying to make my landscape bigger than the maximum 256x256 limit.

Also there is a problem, adding 2 landscapes, the sculpt and paint brushes are being applied to one of them at once, meaning that there’s a clear separating line between them.
