I’m trying out the Landmass brush to edit my landscape, but nothing is working.
This official document includes a video that makes it seem as if the terrain can be deformed along the river, but in reality, it only generates a river mesh and has no effect on the terrain. I started by trying the default brush settings, then extensively tweaking the falloff settings and mesh sizes, but nothing seemed to change the Landscape.
Additionally, under unknown conditions, the entire landscape may be pushed to its limits, eventually resulting in a GPU crash. I know this feature is in beta, but can’t it be made to work better?
