This was my first finished project using Move.AI, a little test scene for an imaginary feature film starring some Character Creator people and a few robots and aliens from the Marketplace, in a set I cobbled together from the assets in Sci-Fi Snow station modular Pack and some Megascans assets. Mocap cleaned up in iClone.
Greetings, @xzevlinicus; I hope you’re doing well! Your first finished project, “Landfall - Sci-fi test scene,” is a huge success, and your mastery of Move.AI, Unreal, Mocap, and iClone is evident from this lovely short animation you’ve shared. How long did it take you to develop this scene in its entirety? Did you also create the dialogue/audio for this animation?
Already saw this in RL Forum, cool and well done!
Sorry, I forgot to check here after I posted! This was about a one month long project of working evenings and weekends. I did write the script and perform all the character voices and actions.
Wait… you performed ALL of the character voices? You have many talents and are exceptionally skilled at animation and voice acting.
I genuinely can’t tell they’re from the same voice! Kudos again on the insane job done with developing this short animation. Are there any more parts to this scene? I wouldn’t mind watching an entire series of this story.
Thanks! I used to do some voice acting. Never got to do much more than a handful of games no one has heard about and some web commercials.
There’s no other parts to it. I have a lot of stories in mind for those characters, but I don’t know that I’ll ever get them done. Unreal makes things faster, but I’m still pretty slow at making a scene.
You may not have gained immense notoriety, but still, you’re an excellent voice actor, and I think that’s a cool skill to have!
I’m looking forward to seeing more stories of those characters and more creations from you in general! Take all the time you need.
Really cool! Keep up the Amazing work!
