Lagging on Android

I have this problem with my game: The game is sort of endless runner type, and I’m using box collision which triggers the spawning of the next tile with all the environment and enemies. But when the player character passes trough the box, the game lags for a part of the second and this is very annoying. This is only when the game is installed on android, in the editor it goes perfectly smooth. Can anybody tell me how to solve this problem? Thank you!
