Lag on spawning blueprints with only 60 polygons?

This problem has existed before this version btw.

In an infinite runner of mine, with a low poly style, I use pre-configured segments of the track to spawn randomly, however when I instance these blueprints I get lag, despite the fact they only have 5 rows of 12 1 polygon planes?

It runs at as high a frame rate that the editor can handle without crashing (thousands) all the time, except for one frame every time it spawns in a blueprint?

I looked it up and someone said it might be because it has to load into memory, so I preplaced one of each type of segment in an area where the player can not see, however the problem persists?
