The set includes 3 armchairs and 3 two-seater sofas, made in three different upholstery styles
Key Features and Benefits:
Modularity and Flexibility: The set includes only 2 main meshes (one for the chair and one for the sofa) and 3 high-quality materials. This system allows you to easily combine models and change styles, ensuring maximum variability without unnecessary resources
Game-Ready Optimization: The models are fully optimized for use in game engines. This is a "grab and drop into your project" solution, ready for immediate integration
All models are scaled to the standard MetaHuman, which guarantees correct scale and proportions in your environment
If you are an individual indie developer, you can use my model in your projects, but you must definitely credit me
You should actually read the licenses you agreed to.

Making changes to the Standard License in the text blurb for your Fab listings is not permitted by the Standard License. You waived all Moral Rights to receive attribution by users of the Fab marketplace the moment you agreed to Fab’s terms and uploaded your files to Fab.
If you think this is incorrect, you need to read Fab and hit ctrl+f and type in “Moral Rights” or scroll down to Section 2. CONTENT LICENSE GRANT part e. Waiver of Moral Rights. This says without any ambiguity that you have no right whatsoever to claim that any users are required to give you attribution for your works when they purchase them through Fab and use them in their own works. If you wanted to distribute your works for free and require attribution, the Creative Commons license was available to you. You were the one who selected the Standard License. I’m not your lawyer, but I want you to know that right now you’re not actually in compliance with what you agreed to. Attempting to put these little caveats is a legal headache for everyone involved and doesn’t look professional on your part.
Edit: My actual recommendation is to either change the personal license out for the CCBY 4.0 license or just change your text blurb to accurately represent that attribution is greatly appreciated, but not legally required.
