The low rating on this asset is due to a mix of bad actors, improper support channels, and fab issues.
One of the reviews was from someone who got banned from the discord for being rude towards others and lashed out, Another was from someone seeking support but they never changed their review after I responded with the fix to their issue, and two other 1 star ratings were from people who had issues with fab on launch and rated the product bad without ever seeking support.
If you buy the product and it does not work for your project needs, I am more than willing to either provide support until your issue is fixed or give you a full refund(whichever you prefer), do not be afraid to try this product because of the 3 star rating people gave it for various reasons.
