Knuckles EV2 Input

Trying to get the input from my knuckles. They seem to be assigned to the wrong buttons.


The MotionControllerThumbstick is mapped to the TrackButton and not the Thumbstick. A and B Buttons are mapped to the grip and shoulder buttons.

Next issue is the Cap sensors.


I get no input from these at all. I have tried them as both axis mappings and action mappings.

Wondering What I’m missing. Are these input bounds not available yet?

I see some stuff on using livelink to achieve this. [Link][4] If that is the current way to do it can someone point me in the right direction?


Hey, just wondering if you ever resolved this issue? I’ve tested my Knuckles controllers on 4.21 and 4.22, and the A and B buttons are still mapped to the grip and shoulder for me. Using the newly released SteamVR Input plugin I can start receiving events for the correct buttons, but I was hoping I wouldn’t have to use that plugin and this would just work in UE4 as is. Thanks!
