UEFN 30.00 UE 5.5 works
the 29.30 workaround below
the reference purchased were removed from the project, then went back into FAB and downloaded the referenced content.
In UEFN 30.00 the content was still correctly Refence linked and the link verification is much quicker.
If your project was last opened before 29.40 the you will need to relink its NOT UEFN 30.00 bug
