Knowledge Base: Troubleshooting the “Download error. Please retry” error message when downloading cloud assets

HI, I’m still having this issue with Twinmotion 2023.2 in Revit 2024
I have no problems logging in and my connection is fine. I have used Twinmotion in the past and had no problems but now that I’ve started using it again, I’m having this issue.
How do I fix this?
Will downloading Revit 2025 solve this as it has the latest version of Twinmotion installed on it?
