HI, I’m still having this issue with Twinmotion 2023.2 in Revit 2024
I have no problems logging in and my connection is fine. I have used Twinmotion in the past and had no problems but now that I’ve started using it again, I’m having this issue.
How do I fix this?
Will downloading Revit 2025 solve this as it has the latest version of Twinmotion installed on it?
Thanks

Revit 2025 does not yet have the Twinmotion 2025.1.0 version bundled. It should come soon.
Do you use a firewall/anti-virus on your computer? It can block the connection to Twinmotion cloud assets
If so, try to switch it off to test if you can connect.

Hi,

I have both of them turned off.

Today I downloaded Revit 2025 and then found out had to install Twinmotion 2024.1.2 on it manually because it wasn’t pre installed.
Then when I downloaded it from the autodesk site, it came as a Zip file.
I ran the installer inside and now it’s been installed in Revit 2025. But I also now get an error message before it opens. It’s worth noting that there were a whole bunch of other zip files inside this main zip file. I don’t know where they need to be extracted to either.
It still opens but I found out that all the cloud assets are missing from their folders. All the megascans, quixels etc.
The non cloud assets are there. Just none of the assets you have to download.
This is a new issue now.
Can you help me resolve this?

There seems to be so many problems with this program

The official Revit build is in progress. it should come shortly

HI,

So your saying the megascans actually haven’t been included in the 2024.1.2 version yet?

And I’m still having the problem with the downloading of cloud assets. I’ve even done a complete uninstall and reinstall of both Revit 2025 and Twinmotion. All firewall settings are off.

Is there another way to fix this?
