🔹 4 Animated Weapons

  • WK-11 Viper (Pistol) draw, holster, mag check, inspect, reload tactical, reload empty.

  • TR15 (Assault Rifle) draw, holster, mag check, inspect, reload tactical, reload empty.

  • Herrington 11-87 (Shotgun) draw, holster, reload start/loop/end, attach and detach suppressor. This weapon comes with a suppressed variation!

  • Oryx SRM-12 (Sniper Rifle) draw, holster, reload tactical, reload empty, fire, bipods deploy/stow.

Would you consider adding crouching functionality? The pack looks great already but for tactical shooter use cases crouching is usually expected.

My friend, it’s a great package, but aren’t you thinking of adding more weapons? For example, the AK-74, Dragunov. I’m thinking of making a two-block tactical combat game, so I need Russian weapons too.

I’ve tried out the demo, and it is very cool with way more functions than I first expected. But is this pack going to receive new updates with more weapons and new animations?
Also, regarding realism:

  1. Mag-fed weapons usually hold an extra round in the chamber — it’s a small detail, but important to keep the realism.

  2. The reflex sight needs an exclusive Shader/UI to only show up when aiming down sights; if it’s not aligned with the camera, it should NOT appear.

Hello, I purchased the “Tactical Shooter” product. I have a character with a UE4 skeleton. I’m not getting the full result in the retargeting process. For example, the attachment process for weapons to the hands isn’t working. How can I fully integrate it? Can you help me?

The pack already comes with UE4 animations, which can be found in KINEMATION/TacticalShooterPack/Animations/UE4. So, no need to use Unreal retargeting!

I purchased this asset and tried implementing it into my project, but is it correct to understand that it’s not compatible with multiplayer?
Even the walking animation isn’t visible to other players in multiplayer.

This is just an animation pack, not a template, so multiplayer isn’t supported out of the box.

I have a follow-up question regarding your other assets. If I purchase the “FPS Animation Pack,” can I use the weapons included in that pack directly within the Tactical Shooter Pack system?

I noticed a page mentioning this in the Tactical Shooter Pack documentation, but it seems it hasn’t been updated recently. Could you please confirm the current compatibility status between these two packs?

Hi,

Glad you liked the package. The FPS Animation Pack includes UE5 animations, so you can use them with the Tactical Shooter Pack. You’re right - the documentation tutorial is still in progress and should be finished later this week.

In short: copy the animations from the FPS Animation Pack plugin, assign them to the Tactical Shooter Pack’s UE5 Manny skeleton, then create a new weapon blueprint and data assets similar to the existing guns in the pack.
