Kinect 4 Unreal Introduction Stuck on Syncing

Kinect 4 Unreal Introduction level is stuck on Syncing. I can select and download other content without issue. I have previously downloaded the 4.7 version without issue. Now the 4.7 and 4.8 version are stuck on “Syncing”. I have tried on 4 different systems across two networks, two proxies, and two DNS. I am behind a proxy, but it should be open as it has been working with everything else. Have restarted Epic Games Launcher, rebooted the pcs, and down a clean install of Epic Games Launcher on a new system that never had it before.
