I followed this tutorial for making the keystore: A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements - Unreal Engine Forums
but the command used for creation does not work, cmd tells me that ‘keytool’ is not recognised as an internal or external comand, executable program or command file. the tutorial does not mention a solution to any possible issues on that front, is there anything I can do to fix this issue?

I had the same problem and I got the solution from watching this amazing video very direct and to the point;
Basically I did need to look in the NVPACK, jdk, bin to get the info to the right place. Think the vid explains it best.
Also be sure to run cmd (your command prompt) as administrator, since it will need permissions to write out keystore file.
