Keyboard Shortcut for Opening Tabs from the Sidebar

We have ctrl+space for the content browser, I’d love to be able to bring in the world outliner/details tabs with a keyboard shortcut as well.

I found that I could more or less accomplish this with “Sidebar all Tabs” which is F10 by default
