Keeps crashing after starting a download

[Dellanir (Tuesday Nations)]

1. Yes I can open the launcher.
2. No, I still get a crash with anything I have tried to download: Paragon, UE4 4.11 and UE4 4.10
3. I can’t find the Editor.exe
