Hey all, im looking for abit of help. im playing around with a grapple system for a student project. i used some youtube tutorials to set up the grapple but id like the character to keep some of its momentum or trajectory after it reaches its target. the idea is to shoot a ball with the left mouse button, hold the right mouse button for slowmo aim and on release to grapple to the ball. i got that all working but i think because im using a “move component to” node it doesnt keep its momentum ? i tried “launch character” node after the “move component to” node but no difference and i tried replacing the “move component to” with the “launch character” node but was getting weird results. im still new to unreal so was probably just doing it wrong. lol but any help would be appreciated.
