Just bought a seat (1 year subscription): Twinmotion says no seat available

I just purchased a seat. I am trying to upload a project to the cloud but there is an error message:

“You must be a seat holder…”

Any idea how to assign the seat/ what is wrong? I am suing the latest version 2025.2

As no one answered my question, the solution is you have to assign a a seat in the cloud account settings to a particular email., It is not done automatically.
