Jumping between servers at runtime

As of right now, it looks like UE4 only supports one server connection, without changes.

Is it possible to make it so that we can make the client jump between servers ?

An exemple of this being put to use could be in a MMO, where to each region is assigned a server. Players at the edges of theses regions can be assigned to multiple servers at once, and it would permit the use multiple cheaper servers.

Also, it could allow multiplayer lobbies.

I am really looking forward to a better implementation of servers.
