So I’m trying to make my character jump on the enemy’s head. In the BP settings I’ve turned jump setting to ECB yes. And in the collision of the mesh I’ve turned off the capsule collision and only left the mesh collision. When I jump on him I want to land on his head (think Mario), however every time I do that, my character is headbutted to death by the enemy. Any fixes?
In character blueprint you can find special option for exactly this behavior. By default it disabled
Find in capsule/mesh “Can character step up on” and change it to ECB Yes. Now you can jump on your enemies
