Joystick/wheel input using Raw Input API?

While searching the Internet on using joysticks/wheels in games created using UE4, I found Using the Raw Input API to Process Joystick Input - CodeProject but how do I modify the code so that it works within UE4? I am not a computer programmer. I used to write computer programs using BASIC editors/compilers.

I tried using MC Stryker’s Joystick Plugin but it didn’t work with my Logitech G27 wheel/pedal set.
