Joint Presets not displayed in the Details panel

according to the document:

there should be a Joint Presets settings for PhysicsConstraintComponent.

But I cannot find it in the editor(4.12.5). Is this a bug?
I want to add a HingeJoint.

Hey,

Thank you for the report. In 4.12.5 the Physics Constraint component doesn’t have the Joint Presets option, but the Physics Constraint that can be added from the Modes menu does have the option, however these options currently do not work. We have JIRA UE-20589 to fix this behavior.

In the meantime, the Joint Presets have been removed from our latest internal version of the editor. They will hopefully make it back in during a later engine version.
